The successful candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients across a range of mental health conditions, working collaboratively with primary care providers and allied health teams.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and risk assessmentsDiagnose and manage a wide spectrum of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and trauma-related conditionsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacotherapy and supportive psychotherapy within scope of practiceProvide ongoing follow-up care and medication managementOffer consultation and shared-care support to family physicians and other referring providersCollaborate with psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, and other allied health professionalsMaintain accurate, timely,
