As the Deployment & Operations Leader, you will guide a team of over 100 professionals to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing end-to-end operations, from onboarding to continuous optimization, driving energy and carbon savings. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:



• Direct seamless customer onboarding and technical integration • Implement AI-driven optimization for energy efficiency • Enforce performance monitoring and compliance • Drive value quantification and customer success metrics • Develop onboarding methodologies and tools

Requirements: • 15+ years in leadership roles within software/AI • Experience in high-tech environments such as AWS or Google • Proven success with complex enterprise customer operations • Financial acumen for budgeting and ROI presentation • Solid communication skills in English and French
