• Analyze and communicate equipment specifications for customer applications • Provide insights and leadership for customer seminars and sessions • Collaborate with Sales on value messaging and promotional strategies • Develop and implement a standardized NPI process across machine families • Work closely with Technology Specialists to drive technology adoption

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing role • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with heavy equipment • Strong technical understanding of equipment applications • Proficient in Microsoft Applications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
