The Planner will work closely with the Project Office and the Production Manager to devise productive work plans and instructions. You will take charge of the master facility schedule, facilitate pre- and post-contract award processes, and collaborate with various departments to ensure project success and compliance with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain master facility schedule
• Collaborate with operations on level 5 schedules




• Incorporate change orders and adjust baseline
• Provide four-week resource look ahead
• Develop work instructions for production
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Planning/Scheduling in shipyard
• Experience in tendering at similar shipyard
• Understand engineering drawings and estimating process
• Strong structural, piping, and mechanical skills
• Excellent communication abilities
