As the Youth Wellness Navigator, you will work under the supervision of the Youth Navigator Team Leader to enhance the lives of youth through integrated wellness planning.

Facilitate prevention services tailored to youth needs

Relevant diploma, degree, or equivalent experience
Minimum two years supporting youth and vulnerable populations
