OCS UK & Ireland is hiring a Security Control Room Operator in Glasgow. This key position focuses on monitoring security incidents and ensuring proper communication with all involved parties. In the role of Security Control Room Operator, you will coordinate responses to alarms and maintain ongoing communication with mobile response teams and clients.

You’ll be responsible for logging incidents accurately and providing regular updates while ensuring compliance with operational standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting security operations during shifts. Key Responsibilities:
Manage responses to emergencies and alarms
Log incidents and activities in control systems
Communicate with site officers and clients effectively
Ensure compliance with operational protocols
Provide continuous updates to clients on incidents Requirements:
Experience in a control room workplace preferred
Robust multitasking and communication skills
Proficient in using security software
Flexibility for 12-hour shifts required
