The Senior Lead Composite

Mechanic assumes a critical role in overseeing composite repairs and modifications for aircraft components. With over 4 years of relevant experience, you will guide technicians and ensure compliance with FAA standards. Your depth of knowledge in composite materials and repair processes will drive excellence within the team and improve overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee composite repairs and structural modifications
Provide leadership and training to junior composite technicians
Interpret SRMs, blueprints, and technical documents




Fabricate, trim, and install composite components safely
Conduct inspections to meet quality and safety standards Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
A minimum of 4 years in aircraft composite repair is required
Experience in a heavy maintenance MRO setting preferred
Military experience in composite work valued
