Play a key role as Residential Addiction Support Staff in Thunder Bay, ON, focusing on client supervision and program support within a therapeutic workplace. In this integral position, you’ll provide daily support to clients in recovery as part of the In Residence Programs. Your duties will include supervising client activities, enforcing program structure, and ensuring a protected workplace.

You’ll also assist with documentation, foster spiritual leadership, and support the operational needs of the residential facility. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise clients while maintaining program structure
