Six Nations of the Grand River seeks a Registered Social Worker - Counsellor to support children, youth and families within the Child & Youth Health Services. You will deliver psychosocial assessments, play-based or family-focused counselling, and implement culturally secure, trauma-informed care to promote wellness.
You’ll work alongside families and caregivers, develop treatment plans, document progress in the EMR, and collaborate with case managers to connect clients with needed resources.
