Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and ensure follow-up services. You will use your nursing skills to work from a health equity framework to boost health access and outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and provide nursing interventions
Collaborate on individualized nursing care plans
Perform IV therapy and clinical procedures
Advocate for holistic client care and resource access
Document care effectively using Telus PS Suites Requirements:
Valid R.P.N.

certification from the CNO
At least 2 years of nursing experience in a related setting
Experience with medication administration and safety protocols
Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records
