Director at IAMGOLD, you will manage the execution of a significant processing plant expansion at Côté Gold. Reporting to the Senior Director of Major Projects, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams and engage with contractors and Indigenous communities while adhering to strict governance protocols. Your influence will promote operational effectiveness and support IAMGOLD’s commitment to sustainability. Key Responsibilities:
Direct the expansion project from initial planning to operational commissioning
Ensure project adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards




Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance project effectiveness
Develop relationships with key community and regulatory stakeholders
Champion a culture of safety and performance excellence Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
Proven experience in large-scale project leadership
