Read and interpret technical blueprints effectively
Plan and execute fabrication tasks efficiently
Lay out precise reference points on heavy materials
Fit and assemble components through various methods
Operate cutting equipment in a protected manner Requirements:
5 years’ experience in heavy plate/structural steel
Excellent communication and time management skills
Adaptability to shifting priorities
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
