Develop and implement individualized care plans

Provide ethical and secure care in various environments
Support clients and families in their care journey Requirements:
Degree in Mental Health or related field
Valid licensure as a Mental Health Practitioner
Experience with addiction and mental health care
Robust assessment and interpersonal skills
