The RCMP is looking for a Tactical Training Facilitator with a solid background in firearms instruction and tactical operations. The ideal candidate will have recent experience with the ERT program and be adept at planning and delivering impactful training. Flexibility for travel and irregular hours is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement complex tactical training • Lead courses in firearms and tactical operations • Conduct job simulations for real-world readiness • Mentor and assess law enforcement personnel • Manage logistics for diverse training activities
Requirements: • Secondary school diploma or recognized equivalent • Operational experience with Joint Task Force 2 • Proven experience in tactical training delivery • Recent operational instruction in high-risk environments • Ability to obtain Enhanced Reliability security clearance
