Pay rate range (CAD): $39.86/hr - $47.83/hrResponsibilitiesSupport and administer Coupa S2P processes, including requisitioning, approvals, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and user supportManage user provisioning for procurement platforms (Coupa, Zip), including onboarding and offboardingMaintain accurate records of user access and permissions to ensure complianceResolve user access issues and monitor platform usage for compliance and operational efficiencyAssist with supplier onboarding and catalog enablement activities to improve adoption and transaction accuracyProvide support for linking non-catalog requisitions to contracts and managing Purchase Orders (POs) modifications, cancellations, and monitoringSupport system testing, releases, and validations to ensure platform stability and feature integrationMaintain process documentation, training materials, and job aids for onboarding and change managementTrack operational metrics and report on platform adoption, issue resolution, and process improvementsCollaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Technology, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve process gapsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement enablement and system effectivenessAssist with compliance activities related to data privacy,
