Lead impactful projects for the Alberta Sheriffs Police Service. This full-time position focuses on planning, implementing, and improving key organizational initiatives in either Edmonton or Calgary. As the Project and Capability Manager, you'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of organizational priorities with measurable outcomes.
This role requires strong systems thinking and project management skills, and you'll be instrumental in supporting the establishment and evolution of the current Alberta Sheriffs Police Service amid a developing environment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead organizational projects and priorities for Alberta Sheriffs
Develop project plans, timelines, and status updates for accountability
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Identify risks and barriers to effective implementation
Support governance practices and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
University degree in a related field with 4 years of experience
Background in policing or public safety is an asset
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Robust analytical skills for reporting and performance tracking
Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License required Utilize your project management expertise to drive success in Alberta’s recent police service.
