Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operation of Home & Building Solutions Commodity
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor financial performance
• Develop merchandising and pricing strategies based on market trends




• Coordinate advertising initiatives across multiple platforms
• Coach and mentor Department Managers for effective leadership
Requirements:
• 8+ years of relevant retail experience
• 4+ years in progressive leadership roles
• Robust financial and operational analysis skills
