About the Role

Join our growing team! We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, and procurement activities to support our fashion production.

Key Responsibilities
Source and purchase fabrics, trims, and production materials.
Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with local and China suppliers.
Manage purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare costing and supplier comparison reports.




Coordinate outsourcing procurement and supplier payments.
Build robust supplier relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in purchasing within the fashion, garment, or textile industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Experience dealing with local and China suppliers is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Able to speak and read Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
