In your role as a Lead On-Ice Instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering enjoyable and effective on-ice development sessions. Collaboration with Head of Hockey Development and other instructors is key to delivering programming aligned with teaching themes. Your background in high-level hockey and coaching will enhance the learning experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure safe and enjoyable development sessions for participants • Follow OSHP Hockey Development Team policies and procedures • Deliver error-detection and instructional feedback • Assist in supervising fellow on-ice instructors • Provide insights on ice-times and programming enhancements

Requirements: • High-level hockey/skating experience required • Prior coaching and instructional experience necessary • Strong teaching skills with children of all ages • Qualified demeanor and solid work ethic • NCCP/Hockey Canada Certification preferred
