Lead safety initiatives with regular inspections
Operate various heavy machinery reliably
Maintain plant equipment and machinery routinely
Encourage a team-oriented work atmosphere
Complete other duties as assigned Requirements:
Enthusiastic and ready to learn on the job
Reliable and able to work independently
Comfortable with potential 12-hour shifts
An Ontario driver's license is required
