Ideal candidates are Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) or equivalent, with expertise in relationship counselling modalities such as EFT and Gottman Method. This role prioritizes the affirmation of LGBTQIA2S+ experiences and the support of various relationship structures, including polyamory and non-monogamous arrangements. You'll develop a personalized caseload while contributing to a supportive and evolving practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build a caseload with established client referrals
• Utilize recognized approaches to support couples




• Affirm LGBTQIA2S+ perspectives in counselling
• Manage independent practice within a supportive team
• Contribute to the practice’s growth and clinical direction
Requirements:
• Registered or registration-eligible as RCC or similar
• Specialized training in couples therapy
