Reporting to the President & CEO and the Communications Manager, the Bilingual Communications Coordinator supports the implementation of CCRAN’s communications strategy.Thisexecution-focusedroleencompassescontentcreation,digitalpublishing,and platform management. RolesandResponsibilities
SupporttheexecutionofCCRAN’scommunicationsstrategyacrossdigitalchannels. Key responsibilities include: Develop,schedule,andpublishengagingcontentacrosssocialmediaplatformstodrive awareness, engagement, and community growth. Supportdigitalcampaignsforawarenessmonths,events,advocacyinitiatives,and organizational milestones. Designcompellingvisualassets(e.g.,graphics,infographics,carousels,eventmaterials) in Canva, aligned with CCRAN’s brand guidelines. Createandeditshort-formvideocontentforsocialmediaanddigitalplatforms. AssistwithdraftingandbuildingemailcampaignsandmonthlynewslettersinConstant Contact, including formatting, testing, and deployment. UpdateandmaintainwebsitecontentinWebflow. Monitoranalyticsacrosssocial,email,andwebplatformsandsupportperformancereporting. Ensurebrandconsistencyandaccessibilityacrossdigitalcommunications.
RequiredSkills&Knowledge;
BilingualinEnglishandFrench(oralandwritten)isrequired. Relevantcollegediploma,universitydegree,orequivalent. Minimumof1-3yearsofexperienceincommunicationsand/ordigitalmarketing. Strongwritingandeditingskillswithattentiontotoneandaudience. Experiencemanagingsocialmediaplatformsprofessionally. Experienceingraphicdesignandvisualcontentcreationforsocialandwebplatforms. ProficiencyinCanvaandbasicvideoeditingtools. Experiencewithemailmarketingplatforms(e.g.,ConstantContact). FamiliaritywithwebsiteCMSplatforms(Webflowisanasset). Experiencemonitoringdigitalperformancemetrics(e.g.,socialmedia,emailmarketing, website analytics) and translating insights into actionable improvements. Maturity,discretion,andsoundjudgmentinhandlingconfidentialinformation. CCRANlooksforteammemberswhoare:
