Prepare pitch-books and business development documents
Conduct industry and company research for live engagements
Create lists of potential buyers and acquisition targets
Assist in drafting Confidential Information Memorandums
Participate in due diligence processes as needed Requirements:
Enrolled in a business program focused on accounting or finance
Robust interest in Mergers and Acquisitions
