Become a Yoga Instructor at Mission Leisure Centre in British Columbia, where you’ll offer uplifting and secure yoga classes to a diverse community. Create positivity through proper techniques and supportive guidance. The City of Mission is looking for enthusiastic and experienced instructors for Land Fitness (Yoga) roles.

In this contract position, you'll teach classes while ensuring a secure atmosphere by clearly demonstrating correct form and techniques. You'll work from Mission’s beautiful leisure centre and teach on Sunday and Thursday mornings, with the option for extra classes as needed. Key Responsibilities:
Lead engaging yoga classes that foster community
Instruct participants on proper techniques and modifications




Ensure a safe space for all class attendees
Work collaboratively with fellow fitness professionals
Develop class content tailored to participants’ needs Requirements:
Valid fitness certification recognized by a creditor
Relevant experience in fitness and specialty classes
BCRPA or CFES Group Fitness Instructor registration preferred
First Aid certification is beneficial
Solid team player and independent worker Share your love for yoga and enrich the lives of the Mission community as a fitness instructor.
