Take the lead as the Network Coordinator for Family Resources at YWCA Calgary, focusing on service integration and community partnership outreach. Support families by enhancing access to essential services. This energetic role involves collaborating with schools, local organizations, and service providers to create a responsive support system for families and children.
You will be instrumental in planning network events, ensuring explicit communication channels, and coordinating referral pathways. Your work will significantly impact community engagement and access to support. Key Responsibilities:
Build cooperative relationships with network partners
Plan network events and community discussions
Coordinate effective referral processes and agreements
Share insights on service usage and barriers
Liaise with community stakeholders and events Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Social Work
At least three years of relevant qualified experience
Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder engagement
Understanding of community service systems
