Your role requires knowledge in geriatric and long-term care nursing and the ability to guide Personal Support Workers. You'll also notify physicians of changes in resident status and participate in shift reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement AgeCare care policies alongside Registered Nurses
• Provide input for procedure revisions within the residence
• Liaise with physicians and healthcare team members




• Notify physician of significant changes in resident status
• Direct Personal Support Workers in the care team
Requirements:
• Knowledge in geriatric and long-term care nursing
• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses
• Understanding of relevant healthcare regulations
• Experience in nursing administration and activation
• Commitment to improving residents' quality of life
