Horizon Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse Class A for its Emergency Department. This position requires at least 2 years of acute care nursing experience, preferably in ICU or ER settings. You will engage in triage, resuscitation, and stabilization of patients, with opportunities for cross-training in ICU.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain competence in emergency nursing skills • Provide patient care across the lifespan • Assist with urgent procedures and trauma care • Support patient transfers from ER to other units • Manage acute conditions like trauma and strokes
