Your role will involve directing all aspects of Indigenous Student Services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and community needs. Collaborating with students, Elders, and various stakeholders is essential for fostering successful transitions and promoting equitable learning opportunities. This position champions culturally responsive practices and strengthens relationships with Indigenous communities. Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational management of Indigenous Student Services
Oversee cultural programming and student support initiatives
Establish partnerships with Indigenous organizations
Facilitate career development in cultural competency
Develop strategic policies leveraging Indigenous knowledge Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field
At least five years in a related experience
Proven track record with Indigenous community engagement
Solid supervisory and operational management skills
