Your role will involve assessing and implementing care plans for patients suffering from acute and chronic renal failure. Assess patient needs and create tailored care plans
Implement nursing interventions based on clinical guidelines

Graduate from an accredited LPN program
Registration eligibility with CLHA; current BCLS-HCP
Completion of IV Therapy and Medication Administration course
Ability to lift 40lbs (18kg)
Previous experience in hemodialysis preferred Commit to delivering superior nursing care at the High Prairie Hemodialysis Unit.
