You will independently oversee a caseload, engaging in trials, negotiations, and document preparation. Your experience will be critical in resolving legal matters efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Manage plaintiff and defense cases through litigation
Conduct settlements and negotiations for resolutions
Prepare necessary documentation for Small Claims Court
Handle tenant behavior and rent arrears issues
Manage and enforce collections on outstanding debts Requirements:
Licensed Paralegal in Ontario with positive standing
At least 5 years of relevant legal experience
