Perform microbiological analysis on incoming ingredients
Prepare microbiological media and chemical solutions
Collect environmental samples throughout the facility
Analyze samples for chemical and microbiological components
Record analysis data electronically using Microsoft Excel Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry
Experience in a microbiological lab is an asset
Robust organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
