Schedule and manage client meetings and appointments




Draft and send legal correspondence and documents
Conduct conflict checks and file management tasks
Organize documents for court submissions
Maintain up-to-date client matter lists Requirements:
Graduate from a Legal Administration program
At least five years of experience in litigation
Solid technical skills in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with iManage and electronic filing systems
