Key Responsibilities:

* Guest Experience & Service Excellence:

* Lead the front-of-house team to provide a seamless, high-quality dining experience

* Maintain and enforce exceptional service standards

* Engage with guests, addressing concerns and ensuring service recovery when needed

* Team Leadership & Development:

* Act as a role model for professionalism and hospitality excellence

* Support hiring, training, coaching and performance management of the FOH team

* Foster a positive, high-energy and team-oriented culture

* Operations & Floor Management:

* Ensure smooth service by effectively managing staff, table flow, and reservations

* Assist with scheduling, labor management, and maintaining operational efficiency

* Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain communication and service consistency

* Business & Sales Focus:

* Help drive sales through strong service execution and upselling techniques

* Maintain product knowledge, including menu offerings and beverage pairings

* Support senior management in achieving business goals and guest satisfaction targets
