Handle immigration cases including citizenship and inadmissibility




Maintain explicit client communication from start to finish
Prepare legal documents and correspondence
Research immigration law and related regulatory updates
Lead and support legal assistants and clerks Requirements:
LL.B. or J.D. Degree is mandatory
In valuable standing with the Law Society of Ontario
At least three years of immigration law expertise
Solid research, drafting, and organizational skills
