Colliers International is seeking a Property Accountant to join its agile team in Toronto or Vancouver. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will prepare financial reports for individual properties or portfolios and ensure timely closings and audits.
Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in commercial real estate property accounting, CPA designation (robust asset), and solid communication. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Yardi is preferred. Hybrid work model available.
