Manage and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Respond efficiently to all tenant and management requests
Conduct scheduled maintenance and necessary repairs




Update building systems through automation software
Work closely with service partners for timely support Requirements:
Possess a British Columbia 5th or 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building operations
