Join the Ottawa Catholic School Board as a K-12 Learning Partner, leading Indigenous education initiatives within the community. This permanent, full time position starts on August 31, 2026. In this role, you will advocate for Indigenous students and their families, collaborating with various educators to ensure effective learning settings.

You will develop curricula that reflect Indigenous ways of knowing and mentor staff on implementing diverse pedagogical practices. Your community engagement will help enhance the educational experience of all students. Key Responsibilities:
Work with school staff to optimize learning for Indigenous students
Provide training on Indigenous knowledge and teaching practices
Foster connections with local Indigenous communities
Design inclusive lessons and resources for all grades
Collaborate with departments for system-wide indigenous content Requirements:
Valid Ontario College of Teachers Certificate
1+ years of teaching experience
Solid ties to Indigenous communities
Awareness of local educational resources
Proficient in Google Suite and social media Empower Indigenous education through advocacy and collaboration at the Ottawa Catholic School Board.
