The Finance

Officer at OCH plays a crucial role in supporting our financial management. Under the guidance of the Financial Planning Manager, you will be involved in analysis, reporting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance with financial protocols. Your skills will help us better serve approximately 33,000 tenants. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure correct accounting treatment of transactions
Monitor financial controls and recommend improvements
Perform periodic audits of expense claims
Prepare annual Income Tax return Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Accounting, Commerce, Business
Minimum of three years of finance experience
Actively working towards CPA designation
Familiarity with financial planning and cash management
