Become a Job Coach with Key Industries in the Saint John area, where you will enable individuals with disabilities to secure and maintain employment. This full time position includes in office job support and workplace training. As a Job Coach, you will facilitate experiential learning opportunities and provide focused coaching to clients facing employment challenges.

Your responsibilities will involve developing individualized training plans and maintaining communication with employers to ensure success in diverse work settings. Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, may be required. Key Responsibilities:
Guide clients through task completion in the workplace
Communicate effectively with employers and stakeholders




Assist clients in establishing daily work routines
Provide creative solutions to employment challenges
Lead training sessions based on client aspirations Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Human Services or equivalent
Experience with individuals facing employment-related barriers
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Driver’s license required for travel between work sites
