Become a Contemporary Workplace Analyst Intern at EQB and support a transformative banking experience for Canadians. Focus on enhancing user experience and optimizing technology solutions this term. Running from September 2026 to December 2026, this role in the Contemporary Workplace team includes improving the management of devices and integrations within the bank.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop processes aligned with EQB’s Digital Workspace Strategy, facilitating smooth service delivery and incidence reduction. Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and configure endpoints using Intune tools
Collaborate with Cyber Defense for endpoint policies
Assist in managing Azure Virtual Desktop configurations
Monitor endpoint performance and compliance metrics
Contribute to vulnerability remediation efforts Requirements:
Pursuing post-secondary education in IT or similar fields
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Azure and endpoint tools
Understanding of ITIL principles and patching services
Robust communication and independent work skills
