Baycrest Hospital is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for the Slow-Stream Rehabilitation Unit to support patients on the LTLD program. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote functional recovery and protected discharge home.
The role requires current CNO registration, BCLS Level C (AED), and preferably experience in geriatric rehabilitation.
