My clients are well established and very busy. We have an excellent prospect for an experienced Fitting Shop Supervisor to join an expanding engineering company. Experienced engineer with a background in heavy Engineering and leading a team. To lead a fitting shop, allocate work and hit deadlines ensuring 5S and health and safety are adhered too.

Start salary upto around £40k DOE

8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday.

8am - 1pm on Fridays.

The Role

You will be an experienced engineer with a background in heavy Engineering and leading a team. To lead a fitting shop, allocate work and hit deadlines ensuring 5S and health and safety are adhered too. To lead problem solving solution.

Qualifications/skills:
Experience of working in a factory setting preferably on CNC Machines, Lathes and Grinding Equipment
Have experience in heavy engineering background
Have 5S lean manufacturing and health and safety experience
