Become a key leader in health and safety at Suncrest College. As the Coordinator, you will focus on workplace safety measures, policy enforcement, and training initiatives. This ongoing full time role based in Melfort or Tisdale, SK, reports directly to the VP Corporate Services.

You will actively monitor compliance with safety standards and work collaboratively to enhance safety culture within the college. Ensuring staff and student safety through tailored training programs is your primary responsibility. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Develop and implement health and safety policies
Enforce training programs for health and safety
Work with departments to implement specific safety protocols
Collaborate in creating a safety-oriented organizational culture Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Experience with cross-cultural communication
WHMIS 2015 or related certifications preferred
