As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead efforts to ensure all products meet stringent safety and quality standards.

This full time position involves working closely with Operations and Regulatory teams to promote continuous improvement. Proficiency in food manufacturing quality systems and robust multilingual communication can set you apart. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the QA team for optimal performance
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and quality systems
Conduct audits and manage customer complaints effectively
Supervise product release and maintain quality documentation
Develop and implement quality training programs Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or similar
At least 5 years in food manufacturing quality assurance
In-depth knowledge of FSMA and FDA standards
Proven leadership experience in conducting audits
