Join our Ontario team as an EHS Coordinator responsible for enhancing health and safety across operations. This role demands a robust foundation in construction safety and traffic control measures. We are looking for an experienced EHS Coordinator to provide essential safety support through site inspections, coaching, and compliance management.

Your expertise will be vital in ensuring adherence to Ontario's health and safety regulations. You will develop proactive strategies for risk reduction and maintain compliance records effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough safety inspections and site visits
Perform hazard assessments and deliver coaching
Manage incident investigations and compliance records
Oversee COR audit processes and safety trend monitoring
Build relationships with field teams and leadership Requirements:
5–10 years of progressive EHS experience
Knowledge of Ontario Book 7 traffic control practices
OHS diploma or certificate essential
Valid Ontario JHSC Certification, Parts 1 and 2
