Your responsibilities include assessing patient status and addressing any perianesthesia issues, ensuring high standards of safety and ethical practices. Collaborating within an interprofessional team, you'll help create a supportive setting for patients and their families. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and respond to patient conditions promptly
Participate in multidisciplinary health care teams
Independently plan and deliver anesthesia care
Maintain an ethical framework in care provision
Engage in lifelong learning and clinical competence Requirements:
Accredited Anesthesia Assistant program completion
Certified Clinical Anesthesia Assistant (CCAA) credential
Good standing with CRTO or CNO
At least 2 years of recent critical care experience
