Oversee safety compliance during all tasks and operations
Conduct inspections, disassemble, and reassemble motors
Test and calibrate equipment to meet quality standards
Support apprentices and guide them in skill development
Maintain accurate records of QAQC documentation Requirements:
Experience in electric motor preservation or similar roles
Standard First Aid certification (available for candidates)
Clean Class 5 Driver’s License is mandatory
Capable of lifting 50 lbs in a busy setting
