Join Northern Peak HR as a Health and Safety Specialist in Thunder Bay. Lead safety initiatives, develop programs, and ensure clients meet regulatory requirements in this full time role. This position reports directly to the Owner/Lead Consultant. The Health and Safety Specialist will be responsible for creating comprehensive safety policies and programs tailored to client needs.

Key skills include safety auditing, training coordination, and regulatory compliance monitoring. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and guide Health & Safety policies and programs
Conduct field visits and site inspections regularly
Coordinate employee training sessions and orientations
Create continuous improvement plans for client safety
Support incident investigations and hazard identification processes Requirements:
Minimum two years of relevant experience in industrial environments
Post-secondary diploma or degree in related field
Joint Health & Safety Committee certification required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
