Keep abreast of employment legislation and regulatory changes
Identify compliance gaps and suggest improvements
Advise HR teams on employment compliance practices




Support compliance-driven projects and policy development
Create and enhance compliance-related training materials Requirements:
Preferably a Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related
Minimum of 7 years’ relevant HR compliance experience
HR certification such as CHRP or CHRL preferred
Solid writing, interpersonal, and analytical skills
