You will ensure high-quality proposals are crafted and executed while forging solid relationships with corporate and institutional donors to enhance Windmill's funding strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Draft and manage complex funding proposals
Collaborate on customized reports for major donors
Gather and analyze data for accurate outcome reporting
Develop a resource hub for proposals and reports
Design and optimize donor recognition strategies Requirements:
4–5 years of progressive fund development experience
Proven success in grant writing and stewardship
Familiarity with Salesforce and advanced Google Suite
